Aviationtag EI-CVC – Green/White

The green/white color variant of the Aviationtag EI-CVC edition showcases the history of the Airbus A320 MSN1443 on a single surface. The aircraft flew as EI-CVC with the maiden name “St. Kealin / Caoilfhionn” for Aer Lingus starting in 2001, carried the classic paint scheme for many years, and was regularly on routes between Ireland, the UK, and Europe. During this time, the aircraft accumulated thousands of flight hours before being transferred to St. Athan in 2024 and prepared for upcycling.

From the original aircraft skin of the EI-CVC, two-tone aircraft tags are now being created, featuring green and white areas of the former paintwork. The color transitions, small shades, and slight signs of use come directly from the operational service of MSN 1443. Each Aviationtag is processed in Germany in several steps until a high-quality aircraft tag with clean engraving is produced from the raw material. Especially in this color variant, the former painting becomes particularly visible. The interplay of green and white immediately reminds one of photos of the EI-CVC “St. Kealin / Caoilfhionn” at the gate or on approach to Dublin.

At the same time, the contrast ensures that the tag remains easily recognizable on the luggage and appears as a striking collector's item on the shelf. The green/white variant is an integral part of the strictly limited EI-CVC edition and is thus inseparably linked to the history of the Airbus A320 MSN 1443. If you want to capture the typical Aer Lingus look in a single tag, this is the obvious choice. 

 

Note: Every tag is unique. Depending on the plane, tags may vary in haptics, thickness of material and colour. Small irregularities tell of a plane’s long history and convey the feeling of its glory days above the clouds.
